Has the Sub-C been updated in any way since it’s introduction?
Is there any minor difference, at all, from a ceramic 2012 or 2015 or 2019 submariner? Can’t find anything about it. I know they sometimes make small changes without making a full update or reference number change. Thx

I don't think so, but I could be wrong. There seems to be a "new movement" rumor every year leading up to Basil, though.

Glidelock link was changed slightly. Originally the connecting link (attached to the half link) was hinged, causing flex or droop of the clasp. It is now a rigid link, not sure of exactly when it was changed though.

The “Submariner” text is more white on the new models. Only compared on two no date subs.

My 114060 Sub (bought November 2015) has a polished background on the bracelet blade where the Rolex logo is engraved. On Earlier models, the blade background was a ground satin finish. Minor change, but it did differentiate the composition of the bracelet between the Sub date and the Sub (I think ).

Minor differences do exist, but nothing of value that I am aware of. One for instance is on the 2nd line of text at 6.
