Collectors 1946 in Huntington, NY-reputable?

I'm looking at a couple of references available at Collectors 1946 in Huntington, NY. Has anyone dealt with them? Is it a reputable, standup business? Are the "Certified Original" watches just that?

I'm also looking at a few references from Collectors 1946. Has anyone else dealt with this business? Any issues?

I have sold to them, and had no issues. They were a pleasure to deal with. They have a number of locations. I've only dealt with Daniel at the Massapequa park location.

If you are specifically shopping only in the Huntington store, then look for Richard. I was in the process of buying a watch from him but I found another one somewhere else. For the Massepequa store, look for Eddie.

Caveat: Spoke to both on the phone already but have not met them face to face because of the pandemic. Let me know how it turns out for you.

Richard is a horrible person if you purchase from them just know you will take a loss in the future wether it’s from the watch being overpriced or it being a Frankenstein. Do your DD and please take videos and pics at an AD to compare before even thinking of walking in there.

How many watches have you bought from them?

Collectors 1946

I bought and sold a watch with them and dont expect any negotiating. I dealt with Jason who was not a very warm salesman to say the least! At the end of the day I got a nice TT Sub but by no means felt like I got a deal on either end.
