I own a 116610LN and 116613LB amongst other watches and brands in a small collection. I love the bluesy, but honestly it does not get much wrist time. I wear it maybe one day a week. I think I've convinced myself if I ever had to get down to one watch, it would be the classic Steel Submariner with black dial. The glidelock clasp on the Sub gives it a leg up on the GMT bracelet. I do love the BLNR though, even though I don't own one. If you think the GMT function is important, the GMT would be better than a Sub. I think a Steel Rolex over SS/18K Rolex for everyday wear is my preference. Bottom line, this will be a personal decision. Good luck!

Old thread I know. If it were me, I would go BLNR. I have several Rolexes, including two subs already (newer LV, and a "no date" new model). I was very recently offered a Bluesy unexpectedly on a casual walk in visit to a dealer I haven't ever done business with. It really does nothing for me, so I passed. But, that being said, I know several of my friends that have one. They love it. And, that's all that really matters right? It's all about what you like.

I am really only waiting for one to "complete" my collection at the moment. The new Daytona. cue the long wait............ :)

Since PM is not an option, I'd choose the 'one tone' by a wide margin.

I'd look silly wearing yellow gold, so for me it would be the BLNR.

BLNR on jubilee. But the bluesy is terrific. No wrong choice here.

I have a BLNR, and because I also have a BLRO, I’d choose the Bluesy. The BLNR is great but it doesn’t have much in the way of pop.

Only one between these two it is obviously the BLNR. For me the bluesy is too loud for one.

I have a 5513 and a 16613. To take some of the “bling” away from bluesy I put it on a black leather strap. Now I wear it a lot more, plus it saves some weight.

If only ONE!!! BLNR or Bluesy Sub C >>>>

Since this is such an old thread, it’s possible I previously responded. And it’s also possible I previously said the 126613LB (or previous generation).

But today I prefer the 126710BLNR.

Blnr. Bluesy also nice. But before the bluesy I’d do the rootbeer. Blnr, rootbeer, bluesy. In that order. I have the first two. Working on getting the bluesy

I have both. My favorite is the Bluesy. It’s the prettiest Rolex imo. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the BLNR too but looks a little subdued in comparison. The Bluesy pops!.
