Half link for Daytona

Can anyone confirm that a half link from the submariner will be compatible on the DaytonaC? My Ad is willing to order me one but isn't sure it will fit. I don't want to order one and find it doesn't fit, or worse, the bracelet is damaged in a futile attempt.

Thanks for the info!

I think a half link should come with every oyster bracelet. My AD told me that they were not available from Rolex. What a crock. I bought one from a seller here on the forum. I have used it on a exp I and a new exp II.

Makes no sense that they don't all include a half link. Why is that?

The Sub Date comes with a half link to compensate for the longer clasp.

Buy a Sub 1/2 link and polish out the centre bit. That's what I did and it fits perfectly.
