I can't see my "replies" or "sent messages"

Hi,

I wonder if my message replies work at all.
I never see anything in my "Sent Items" folder even though I do sent!

I am trying to sell some watches and it seems my replies to the enquiries are not going through as I do not get further communication going with parties that are interested in buying.

Even if I send the parties new messages the never show in my "Sent Items" folder. The number of sent items always stays at 0 (zero)?

Help please.

Thanks.

You need to select 'save sent messages' in your user CP section.

Go to User CP/Edit Options/Save sent Messages in the Private messaging section half way down the page..

Why wouldn't that be ticked by default?

Would you like to make default suggestions for all settings and all members in the CP?.

Yes, I would actually. Then maybe we wouldn't have so many needless problems.

We had a meeting about them and used a random generator to select all defaults.
