Bad idea. Because once they check in, they're no longer new members. Or do we have an initiation period before they graduate to regular members? Then you have a board with only one post per new member. Or would they have to stay on the new member sign up board until we say it's OK for them to start posting on the other boards? Nope, too confusing.
