Yep (the 24 hours of LeMans is part of the WEC, BTW). AFAIK, Rolex gives out Cosmos to the winners of all major FIA series.
I believe the FIA has an awards banquet each year where they are presented, right in your backyard.

Also another note they got rolesor Daytona’s for 2018 not stainless like past years correct me if I’m wrong.

Thank you yes, this is the Brabham Le Mans O.A. Winners watch, from the history it could not be better. Funny, I was there when tey won the Race in the Peugeot. Thanks for the link.

Not really, but maybe it's interesting for some what's on the market. If I am correct we have only 3 watches at the market for the Moment. One Le Mans and two Daytona Winners Watches.

In the Video, there is Vic Elford with a Daytona Winners Watch, must be in the late 60s, Porsche 908 etc., so since how long, from when Rolex is doing the Winners Watches?

I'm not sure, I was there with my friend in 2005 who was the Grand marshal and by the way, they also receives the watch.
