Ever just want to sell them all and just roll with one?

If so, which one from your collection?

Not really - but the current market roller coaster has made me think of selling my entire collection and finding another hobby. lol

And if I only had one - it wouldn’t be a Rolex

Not quite yet. Still adding right now. But eventually it’ll be just me and this one.

If I had to I always thought I'd keep my SubC but the Polar wouldn't like that since it's become my daily.

Yes, but then I think of what me got me in to the hobby...not money nor the investment.

Sometimes I do but then again.

If it has to be one, it’s gotta be the SubC.

I thought of it but then always came back to: I worked hard for them and each has a story. But my DJ II is my favorite.

I whittled the watch number down to three once. Held there for a year or so. Couldn't maintain it. Just promised myself not to let it get too out of hand again. Only buy something if I want it for more than a month and no impulse buys. That's easier said than done, but I've been pretty good about it.

I've been thinking about doing the same. But no one rolex is calling to me. I refuse to pay the premium for a daytona or pepsi. A PM would look great but it'll be hard to make one my daily in my lifestyle.

I’m still in the adding phase. I don’t know if I could start selling off. I’d probably consolidate with some premium brands like Patek, AP & RM if I did anything, but it’s hard to beat Rolex’s robustness and reliability; both in value and workmanship / servicing.

This is where I’m at. I’m just waiting for the AD’s call for the 116500LN white Daytona, which could hopefully be next year, and then I’ll decide between that one or my 116610LN Sub. If I don’t get the call, then it will be between the Sub and my current daily beater (Speedy Pro). But not before calling the AD myself and telling them to F off! (Just kidding. I know they don’t give a rat’s behind.)

But who knows what might transpire from now until my self-imposed deadline. After all, this whole industry is rooted upon the ever-changing tastes of the end users. They’ll just reign me back in with another pepsi or a crown-guardless sub, or maybe even a Daytona without the screwed in pushers and a non-disruptive date added for good measure. I must end this here before I digress any further.

I had 6 rolex sports models a few months ago and one AP 15400. Now, i have two aps...I much prefer the quality over quantity approach and love the simplicity of having two pieces.

i had all 3 colored subs at once. collecting can become madness lol

roll with less than 3 and its much better, for me at least...

I've tried many times over the decades but doesnt work for me, i'm fine with that because its my hobby. In recent years I have reduced it to about 3-4 watches and eventually I will settle with just one, a DD-40..............well, maybe just one :)

No plans to sell any. If I had to sell, I’d probably keep my Daytona C or BLNR.

I’ve sold all and stuck with two..one SS model (BLNR) and one YG PM (YG Sub)....been toying with the idea of adding a TT to the mix maybe something with a fluted bezel for when I want to get fancy
