if someone is a specific target, bad guys will figure out a way to get in. If it is random, you need to make sure your house is the most secure on the block. Most our neighbors do not have an alam, perimeter gate, etc. |

I am a bit curious, what is the risk of exposing your license plate? Wouldn't someone have to have access to the DMV computers to look you up that way?

Here is a neat little device for all the main entrances of your home in addition to the usuall alarm & deadblots. I can bypass deadbolts via bumplocks but not this. Great investment for $25 found at your local Lowes or Home Depot.

One pic didn't make it so here it is. This little lock takes about 1800lbs of force so even if you do manag to unlock the deadbolt you won't be coming in. The windows, use little dowls in addition to motion detectors and Brinks security attatched to a cell phone. Do NOT attatch to a land line. After all that, IF you can get passed my one German Shepeard, and Rot, then you'll deal with other deterents. Really, it's NOT worth coming into my home uninvited.

Hey Guys,
Some of the social sites, like Facebook and Twitter are the areas where unlimited information can be gained, so be careful of names and photos as you may be suprised who collects info from there. (Not always bad people but sometimes government security organisations to do security vetting on employees) You should also exercise caution on forums as others have already stated, especially meetings and photos of homes and collections. Cheers
