Icon5 Can anyone identify and perhaps give me a rough estimate for this Rolex Prince?

Good afternoon gentlemen!
I'm not sure whether you can help me out with this one, I need to identify this watch and would be very grateful if you could also include a rough estimate. One of the hallmarks says 714 which is very unusual for Gold but it seems to be indeed gold. There are several numbers on the inner side of the casing which look a bit like "handwriting". Then there's also a serial number on the mechanism and it says ROLEX 17 RUBIES. Sorry about the picture quality. The armband is not the original band. Thanks for your help!

Have you tried looking in this thread? the original poster had it identified by Rolex. you could try emailing or PMing them.

I am the original poster from that post and yes I thought they had identified the watch for me but it was a misssunderstanding between my banker and myself. She said that one of her friends worked for Rolex and could identify it and later called me back saying that he knew what it was, unfortunately the only thing he came up with was "Its a Prince" but he wasn't able to find out more. I'm not sure what his job at Rolex was.

Try looking at this link. A few sold at that auction. The most expensive was a rare date model. Perhaps your best way of valuing or selling it may be through an auction house.
