Paneria recommendation
I like the brand (despite all the negative comments from the WIS') but I find most of the models I like to be huge, 47mm and the like, too big for me.
Any smaller models worth looking at? Affordable one, as much as I like the brand if I'm spending $10k I'd look elsewhere. Thanks

Check out 111, 112, 104, 312, 210, 183. I'm a WIS and I like having a PAM in the stable. Can't find anything like it elsewhere.

I just bought a PAM 005, love it! I checked out other models, 000, 111, 177, and for me the 005 works, it has the small seconds hand, is affordable when buying preowned, it just doesn't have the sandwich dial or the clear caseback.

As the others have said, check out the 44 mm manual Luminors
These are a 'safe entry point' into the world of Panerai, esp the 111, 005, 000 and 112. The autos are also nice... 104, 164, etc... Good luck

Hi friend, go to my friend Mike (manager) at Lee Michaels NorthStar Mall to try all Panerai watches there (they have more than 30 panerai watches in stock now). Let me know if you need any help, we can meet up sometime as well.

All of these are under 10k
Top left then clockwise 210 with aftermarket gold hands 190 with JLC movement from Panerai 390 SE with brown dial 111G transitional model with painted dial. My other vote would be 000. I think the 44m Luminirs look so good with painted dials.

Keep it simple and the price is more reasonable. I suggest a 000 or 005 which at 44mm and with the Luminor crownguard tick the key boxes for me.

take a look for a pre-owned base model radiomir or luminor....whichever you prefer...dont be tempted to go for a 40mm option even though you think it might fit you better...the dna of the brand starts at 44mm....best advice is to go and try some on and see what talks to ya....
