Cleaning a PAM 292.

I recently bought a PAM 292 from a friend (flipped a luminor for it) and I love it. Instantly put it on an assolumente strap and tried to clean it while changing straps.

It's gorgeous and in excellent condition. My only complain is there are small white particles around the bezel which seem to be from when I wear it under a sleeve. They dissapear with water but shouldn't that space be tight enough so that nothing gets caught in it?
