112 for a new Tudor Black Bay

A local AD is willing to swap my 12 month old 112 for a new Black Bay. Fair trade or should i just save for the Tudor?

The value on the 112 should be about 30% higher than the retail on the BB depending on condition. If you must have the BB now and can't keep both you'd be better off selling the Pam on your own.

Last as someone who sold a Pam and bought one back 6 months later it will probably be missed.
