What are the correctors made of?

On a platinum complicated watch, the case is platinum. Does anybody know what metal the correctors are made of. I would think those tiny round pieces are white gold as is the winding crown but not sure.

I am actually referring to the small circular metal correctors on the case of the watch. On a PC there are four. The stylus tip would have to be made of the same metal as the part it contacts with on the watch. Gold corrector and gold tip on the stylus would make the most sense. Whether the case is platinum is irrelevant in that situation, so I guess they do not make a platinum tipped setting stylus.

I was told they are made of gold by HSWA.
