VETTA Vintage Italian ladies watch overhaul

My dad purchased my mom a ladies watch back in the 50s in Italy. The the brand is known as Vetta it's a 17 jewel watch.

I'll try to have it overhauled however I've been told the brand has gone out of business years ago and parts obviously are difficult to get.

With the vast knowledge and experience out there on the forum I would like to ask if anyone out there can suggest a watchmaker that can get this watch going I would like to overhaul it for my mother for her 75th birthday.
