Helping with buying a 16030

Good evening gents and madam,

As I have been doing research on 1601, I came across a listing for a 16030. As far as questions for vintage, what types of questions would one start to ask?

I doesnt appear that the price includes the box and papers.

The price is roughly 3k, would this be considered a good deal?

As far as stretch Mark. It's pretty difficult to seeing them in the angle.

Again, would you see yourself buying it for 3k
