At Seiko repair center, Mahwah, NJ

The crown and pusher guards are sticking on my Seiko Solar Pepsi chrono, so I brought it in for a lube job. Could not help but notice their watch displays:

Nice assortment & funny timing, they just called me earlier. Having my MM300 serviced by them, it’s running accurate time but has a very low amplitude (230-240). It’s 2013 watch so service interval is right about now.

Nice watches. Are they for sale or just display?

I didn’t ask

I am sure they could hook me up, but at MSRP.

Please let us know how their service is. I've heard horror to great. I too live in NJ and would be curious because their service quotes are a lot cheaper than my watchmaker.

Their Yelp reviews are horrendous.

They said it would be a few weeks for my repair, which is not a rocket science problem. I am hoping for the best and will definitely report back.

I sent my Samurai to them for warranty repair last month. I also read the horror stories. Their system isn't the best - for example you just print out a form on the website and send your watch in with no online service # or record. You do get a repair # when received, but communication is slow. That being said, I received it back in 2 weeks with free repair so I'm happy.

If you received it back in 2 weeks time how is communication slow? That is fast.

Can't ask for better than that.

I sent my Presage in for warranty work and had it back within a month. With regard to communication, there was a few day period when it had been delivered but not catalogued and nobody there could tell me if they’ve actually received it. Other than that, no complaints. Was happy with the quick service

The black monster with black bezel in the display case is cool. Thx for sharing.

I am very pleased with Seiko Repair, Mah Wah NJ, I sent my Save the Oceans watch for
repair under warranty and they turned the job around expediently.
