Jaeger lecoultre MUT Moon39 vs Explorer2 216570 polar

Hey, dumb question for you guys.
I can't decide between MUT moon and explorer 2 polar dial.
which one would you go for? I currently have 114060 and 16013

One is a lot more dressy so I take it that is the direction you prefer, esp as you have a Sub.

Hey. I currently have the MUT 39 and used to have the black dial explorer ii 216570. About as different of watches as you can get. I miss my explorer ii, but the jaeger is VERY understated and classy. If you go work in a suit everyday or want a really nice dress watch I’d say go that way. if Your job is a little less dressy you may struggle to find time to wear it as I do. I will warn you that a jaeger service costs about $950. Had to service mine last year after 5 years of ownership. If you could use a gmt get the polar.

And a Rolex service is that or more.

The JLC in this case. Very different watches but that particular one is really beautiful.
