FS: Grand Seiko SBGR305
Limited edition SBGR305 grand seiko.
Asking US$5,250 plus shipping. Released in 2017 as a contemporary redesign of the 3180 from 1960. Brilliant hard titanium case. 40.5mm diameter and 13.6mm high. Water resistant to 100m. The size means that although this is a dress watch, it can easily be work with jeans or casual clothes. Would also suit a wide range of wrist sizes. The dial is a more subtle version of the snowflake dial. Contrasts beautifully with the polished hands and the blue seconds hand. It's hard to explain how beautiful the detail of this watch is. But if you have experienced Grand Seiko, you'll know what I mean. Grand Seiko 9S68 movement - a self-winding 28,800 vph movement with a 72 power reserve. This was a limited edition of 968 watches, and was the only one sold in New Zealand. TZ rating near mint. Has two very faint marks on a polished portion of the case near the 4 o'clock marker (only noticed for the first time when I put the watch in bright light for the photos, and some rub marks on one side of the clasp. Otherwise immaculate. Purchased from a NZ authorised dealer in December 2017. Has an Australasian warranty until December 2020. Not interested in trades thanks. Can courier from New Zealand at buyer's cost. Happy to discuss further. Have bought, sold, and traded many watches through Redbar NZ, some through other watch forums, and through auction sites.
