Can you post a larger picture? It's really too difficult to see any detail in that small shot.

It looks like there's a crown on the left. I don't know of any Rolex that has a left sided crown.

Well from your pictures impossible to even guess,even with my good eye, what it could be.You say looks like a Rolex,now if it was a Rolex it would say so on dial.Are there any model/serial numbers between lugs or on case back.Is the watch gold and any hallmarks visible,but a better picture and as much information would help.Is watch a chronograph and are the sub dials at 9oclock and 3oclock only.
