I know the "newer" green holograms with the crown logo and black lettering was redesigned and introduced in 2002....if that helps.

my buddy has a gold president circa72',he never wore it.he just bought it and left the jewlelry store and went straight to the bank,i'll have to take some pics of the back of it.he's said he'll show it to me soon.
