Welcome back pen fans!

Just thought I would post a welcome back thread, thanks to Steve and everyone else who was involved in getting this wonderful forum back up and running.

Though the pen forum is new I missed it and the good folks who post here a great deal!

Just so that we remember what we are all fanatical about here lets post pictures of our pride and joys!
I'll start!

Let's see yours! Oh yes, Faith, did you manage to get the Mozart??

Hi Shandy,

I missed this sub-forum and my buddies. The seller of the Mozart was not a AD, so no warranty came with the pen as well as no stamp that would enable me to take it to a Mont Blanc store to switch the nib. Truth be told, I love my 2 MBs and don't feel pressured to purchase another unless the circumstances are more favorable, but thanks for thinking of me. Please continue to keep your eyes open (bordeau Mozart w/fine nib). Your Pen Buddy, Faith.

Very nice. You guys have really made me pay more attention to my hand writing. That and my assistant asking me "what is this"? It's getting much better and as an artist it needs to be.

Well done Red! Have you experimented with different types of nib, stub or italic make a huge difference

I've been looking on line at the pen hospital and thinking of purchasing one of the multi-nip colig sets they have on sale. I'm using a cross fp with what I would call a med. nib. I like the flow . I like the heavier lines but I do alot of writting and use 1 refill a day. I need to go get a bottle, one of my cigar shops here in town also sells fine writting instruments. What a store ,fine tweed shooting jackets, cigars, and the best sellection of pens in town.

Oh my Goodnes Steve, what writing, what a nib, I much prefert the MB violet to the J.herbin, much more shading.

Beautiful handwriting Steve, you realise we will want to see more and with other ink colours

I have been lurking in this sub forum before the forced shut down and enjoy all the talk about fountain pens. I guess I'm going to check them out this weekend as we are going X-mas shopping at an outdoor mall where they have a MontBlanc store!!!

Check out the bordeaux 146! I was at my pen club meeting last night, we meet in a pen store here. One of the members purchased this pen, that bordeaux colour is absolutely stunning
