Is this ROLEX fake?

My grandma passed down a rolex to me that she bought ages ago. The watch looks too perfect to be a fake. If it's a replica it's a damn good one. Most of the messages I've read about spotting a fakes say that Rolex never made any skeleton back watches. I'm attaching few pictures. Any opinions?

Thanks.. It's a bit surprising because the magnifying lens is perfect, the movemenet of the fast dial is perfect, the watch is automated, and the inside pieces are intricately engraved. I'm definitely not an expert on this though.

Rolex movements are not intricately engraved and the parts shown through the back do not resemble Rolex parts.. There is an 18k stamp on the back lug, which would mean a Gold watch where it is clearly two tone.. Also, you can see where the plating on the crown is wearing off and a Rolex is a solid gold cap and does not wear off..

Of course, the photos are not of good enough quality to say much more.....

Oh it's not a big deal. I'm surprised at how much time people put into replicating things these days.

Actually she gave us two of them and the other one had diamonds in it and a green sticker with a number on the back and I just chose the fake one or maybe they were both replicas..

There. You said it. The problem with fakes is just that, they fool the novice.
