Thinking about this one:

What are your candid thoughts on this MB 100 year diamond FP?

Does anyone know if the cap screws on the back of the pen, or just 'clicks' on?

I don't see any screw pattern on the top end of the barrel so it will not be a screw in type of posting. Most likely it is just "slip in", not even a click.

So, if you post your pen, it may end up having some marks there in the long term.
Personally I think >1k is a bit too expensive for a starwalker.

If memory serves me, I believe it clicks on.

Lovely pen, at first glance I thought it was an Aurora.

If the only difference between that one and the regular one is the diamond on the logo, then it is a screw in cap. I have the regular starwalker version. I love to write with it, but my nib is M and that makes it harder for me to use it more regularly.

Personally I like the look of the floating MB icon in the cap, rather than the diamond.

Either way, though, very nice looking pen!

I had the pleasure of examining this beauty in person on Saturday, it looks, feels and writes beautifully!

Had one in blue (icon not diamond/not ann.) before I traded up to the 1906 anniversary, if memory serves me I traded because the cap didn't twist on, it just sat on top. The Starwalker in general is a great line of pens, hope you enjoy yours. RS
