tudor sub

compared to a rolex, do these watches feel 'light' in weight, and quite different to a rolex sub?

Or do they have that nice heavy rolex 'feel'?

thanks.

Which model? All vintage feel light compared to modern.

Shouldn't a vintage Tudor Sub and its Rolex brother weigh about the same? Why would there be any difference?

tudor sub

The vintage models typically shared the same case and bracelet, so they should feel the same

eta based movement vs. rolex inhouse movement might be slightly different but probably unnoticeable in a hand pick-up comparison

The folded 9315 weighs nothing compared to a solid 93150. This is the difference maker

I saw a 36mm tudor sub, it felt quite 'light'

the watch checked out but I was surprised at the lightness of the strap,

you know that weighty feeling you sort of expect,

well, it wasn't there, I felt a bit disappointed.

36mm is quite a bit smaller (4mm in fact) than Rolex Sub and the strap will be lighter
