no need to apologize bucky, may be the black carbotech and the smaller dial due to the thicker bezel make the 42mm 960 looks small. i was aiming to get the 960 but after trying on both I chose the 1616 instead.

Lovely. Just lovely.

Congrats on this grab, and enjoy it in good health.

I love the new Submersibles, to be honest. The thick blocks of lume are awesome, too.

I recently got the exact same watch and generally really like it. My one disappointment is the lume. Difficult to read time in dark or diminished light.

Lume on mine seems strong. Though, I've felt it needs to charge up more than Rolex lume.

Wow you're making me want a carbotech now. Really wanted the 683 and 959

That is so awesome. I dropped my 177 off at the NYC boutique on Saturday and tried the 1616 on it was amazing. I also loved the diving strap.

Super rad and looks great on you. In fact, the scale really makes it look like a diver watch that is an instrument as much as if not more than a piece of jewelry. Kicking around the idea of grabbing one myself. Enjoy!
