Tim Mosso of Watchbox video fame is highly knowledgeable of Sinn and currently wears one. From what he says it is a very good brand. Congrats.

Can't speak to the U2 specifically but absolutely love my 757 UTC. Sinn timepieces are robust, no nonsense, tool watches with many useful features. The tegement steel, calcium sulphate capsule, Faraday cage protecting the movement blocking electromagnetic fields, and super easy to read dials.

Big fan of Sinn. If I could find an original EZM1 at a good price I would jump all over it. Just ask William Massena

I would say Sinn watches feels great with its solid construction. I luv my Sinn U1 which was bought 2 months ago. My friend owns a U2 which he provided positive feedback on. He reckoned that U2 is his favourite watch. Both of us own Rolex and panerai watches but we felt Sinn watches are really something great n unique. Do enjoy urs!

Congrats on the U2, Sinn makes a great watch! Love my EZM 1.1 - center JUMP minutes chrono with a count-down bezel is one of the simplest and most useful combos that no one makes....

My only complaint is the bracelets and clasps are kinda crap, especially compared to the chunky Sinn rubber straps and monster deployants.

big fan of Sinn, though I'd argue that they're not quite the bargain they used to be.
Had a U1 which was an absolute tank and a 144GMT, but now my only remaining one is a Lemania powered Model 142, from when they were letting former employees, B&R, co brand their dials.... This is an early example without the pusher guards.

Wearing a Sinn UX today. Even though it's quartz, the oil filled case is unusual enough that I "had" to have one. The one knock on Sinn is that the AR coating on the crystal is relatively fragile, I know some people eventually polished it off instead of dealing with all the marks and smudges that appear even on watches that are babied. My UX has held up well though careful inspection does reveal some smudges in the AR coating.

Nice grab on the U2, I'd love to get one, a U1 as well.

Lot of cool Sinns in this thread! I've had my eye on a 103 for a while. If I were in need of another dive watch, a Sinn would be on my shortlist.

Sinn’s are incredibly tough watches and usually a great value compared to the competition. Heck for a ‘tool watch’ Sinn really doesn’t have competition.

To the Rolex owner they are not nearly as refined. Bracelets are a big miss compared to an oyster. I have a SINN 857 UTC with leather buckle and silicon deployment clasp. You can’t beat it for the money.

IMO Sinn makes the ultimate tool watch diver. The 44mm UX is substantially thinner than a Rolex Deepsea yet goes deeper, 5000 meters, and has a more legible dial (as shown above by Ross).

I think the 30.06 is their best piece. Unique and not a copy of anything.
