Looks like an AP bracelet to me, and a lighter colored dial, not green. Tough to tell though.

One of the best. When Clapton says he was gobsmacked after a 10 minute recording session that kinda says it all.

Watches? Equally impressive. I would love to see his entire collection. The videos on Talking Watches he did didnt even scratch the surface.

Ha ha. I heard a similar quote from Clapton about JM's musicality. High praise indeed

Yep. Same video. Clapton Speaking On the JJ Cale Album. IIRC Clapton said he cut all the tracks in less than an hour. People can say what they want about his social life etc but the man can play the hell out a guitar.

JM Signature Strat, First year Silver Sky, and Two Rock SP35 are part of my ensemble because of such. Then again the man can pick up a $99 guitar in a box and make it sound not like a $99 guitar in a box

Fun to see some fellow Dead Heads here on TRF. I know lots of folks (including college girlfriend who I got into the Dead) who were there last night.

Amazed that someone can read the Tiffany's signature on his watch, lol.

I can’t remember the last time I saw him wearing a Rolex. Wonder if he has an AP sponsorship.

I was at the Philly show, pretty sure John was wearing a ROO that night.

Spotted some nice watches in the crowd too, including a YG Sub. I feel old saying this... but glad the wife and I decided to leave our watches at home, was one less thing on our minds and helped enjoy the moment.

I don’t think he has an AP sponsorship but I also noticed he never wears a Rolex anymore. I believe it’s been a few years.

He was wearing a Journe Elegante very recently and he is still seen in Patek often. Never a Nautilus though.

I think he purposely avoids the Instagram hype watches like any Rolex and Nautilus.

(And I hope his back feels better)

I was there last night (going tonight as well). At first I thought is was a Rolex, but the more I looked during the show I'm pretty sure it was an AP

He definitely has a strong relationship with AP. I've seen him every tour with Dead & Co and as far as I remember he's only worn AP on stage.

I was at the AP House in Soho a few months ago and told I'd just missed him. There is a JM model Martin guitar at the AP House that's always out on the floor in a stand for people (including JM) to pick up and play.

I didn't realize so many dead heads on this forum.
I'm listening to the June 18, 2023 Saratoga show right now on GD Radio.net.

Jeez I would love to see his updated “entire” collection

And not just the 10-15 pieces from Talking Watches.

Guessing what? 50-100 watches
