Vintage Tudor Oyster - Is it real?

Hi guys,
I'm very new to the scene and I'm looking to purchase my first vintage.
I'm just came across this and was wondering if this is real/fake or refinished?
Seller claims its from the 1960s with rolex casing.
Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response!
Is there anything else in this watch I should be aware of?
What do you think the value is for this refinished watch?
Cheers

Watch is OK...

but it's a cheap Vietnamese dial.

Gotta be cheap to be worth it (and you'll need a dial!)

Walk away from that one cobber .........

The dial's attractive enough but it's refinished and negatively impacts on the watch's value.

And something's amiss with that case. Almost looks like plating is chipping off.
That's a bit of a worry for a case that was originally polished - not plated

Seems the notches on the case-back have had a hammering too - you can do a lot better.

Roughly $300, but like others have said, plenty of better watches out there.
