Rolex 6444 Honeycomb dial 1955
Hi !
Happy to be here ! I'm Laurent and i'm french. I like your advices, your opinion about a new Rolex that i've purchase last month. It's a Rolex Oyster Precision 6444 Year 1955 Honeycomb dial. I've change last week the Tropical 25-9 crystal (very rare... and expensive...). I've found very few things about these model on Internet. So now i ask to the Rolex hackers !!! Thanks a lot. L. |

very robust 1210 movement, a bit small my modern standards. the hands have been replaced at some point, but overall it's a very nice watch in good original condition that will bring you years of enjoyment to come. I have it's younger sibling the 6426, a little bit bigger case and a 21,600vph movement vs 18,000? or 18,600 vph? movement the 1210 has(beats a little faster) while they were never meant to perform within COSC specs, many do with proper regulation. popularity in these vintage manual winds seems to be gaining by the day here lately.
