The 13 min marker looks fine in person; can't tell what that is on the pic--could be on the crystal. There are two chips: 1 by the 6' that's filled in and another on the minute hand, not filled in.
Watch was just serviced and waterproofed and there seems to be no other issues

It's newly serviced so all issues have been resolved. So, what would be a reasonable price for such piece? $10K? it's so hard to keep up with the constant price change. lol

Since half the value is in the dial I'd pass and find a better example especially at that price. Case to polished, wrong insert, no bracelet, damaged dial. Only at the low, low end of the scale imho.
