Thank you Mehrdad my friend
So when the Speedy Tuesday came out and at about 8AM that morning, I was already going at the Omega website trying to secure one but was too late to the party. Needless to say, I was pretty bummed.
Fast forward to January and I met buddy Mehrdad (Sarir97) here at TRF and knowing he may not want to keep his allocation, I wrote him and asked if he would sell the watch to me. The man is a complete gentleman and as cool of a fellow WIS you can meet. Mehrdad said sure and he would sell me the watch. I offered to pay a small premium to thank him for his generosity, the man said no need. I said, can I buy Peter Luger Steaks for the family? He said, no and no worries. All he asked for was a nice wrist shot seeing me enjoying the crap out of this beauty. Well, 7 months later, the man kept his word and it is just unbelievable. Buddy Mehrdad, this shot is for you and I can not thank you enough! Here she is... Speedy Tuesday on a fitting Tuesday arrival:
