Unless I do work that can damage the Rolex bracelet I would not change it from metal to rubber but that's me. I like originality and if it comes that way it stays that way, even when comes to cars, boats, electronics and watches. The rubber band makes the statement "less is more" great cop out saying. I had a burger king watch in 1987 that had rubber case and bands, lol.

PS I am not trying to insult anyone just this is my view on rubber bands.

Noted - however the thread was asking for members to show their watches on rubber straps/bands. Not asking for comment on suitability or opinion on use

Have always liked RubberB, but unfortunately the orange strap steals all the attention from the watch. Changed to Isofrane with a more discrete color, love it:

No way! Change it back!
You pretty much made my mind up for me between the black and white Daytona. I am not a fan of pcls so plan on getting the orange straps to go with the black daytona.... Whenever I get the call

I was so jealous when I saw the pic

Indy16z06 - are you using the Rolex Glidelock series or the Tang buckle? Im really interested in getting this strap with the Glidelock clasp but I am looking for some feedback on user experience.

Strap feels nice and looks good. But that isn't everything.

In the end, I would not recommend it and never buy another product from RubberB again. It's advertised as made-for-Rolex but the lug holes do not even line up to the lugs on the watch. Biggest pain in the butt to install, even with their cheap thin aftermarket spring bars.

EDIT: This new 293 kb limit on TRF is ridiculous! Can't upload normal-sized pictures (I'm talking 800x600 images)

Love this strap. The more I compare to the Everest strap the more I see that Rubber B looks more sophisticated. I've heard that they are quite easy to install, maybe it was the jeweler you went to that didn't know what he/she was doing?

Yes you remove the glidelock from the metal band and attach it to the strap, similar to Oysterflex. If you go to the Rubberb website, there is a size chart based on the link count on each side of your watch.

Just put the Rubber B glidelock on my Deep Blue and it transforms the watch. Wobbly and floppy are now pure joyous comfort. The width at the the lugs is what makes it. I got both the glidelock black and the tang black with blue stripe. Like them both but wearing the all black right now. If you have a deep blue, get a Rubber B.
