Price of inserts has gone up!

Has anyone noticed that price for inserts for the sub and gmts have literally doubled in the last two years? OR is it just me, seeing things

From the AD or privately for sale?

I do wonder how anyone buys a regular insert for twice or even three times the price of a new one from the AD?

I understand if the inserts are vintage faded ones, then they are worth just about any sum someone is prepared to pay for them, but a standard say GMT pepsi bezel?

Never bought one from the AD, but aren't they supposed to be like 70 bucks?

You probably have to go to the AD with a missing bezel insert though to get a new one, as they'll keep the old one.

I believe the last update was around $150 for a black Sub insert and $300 or so for a green one.

I do not know about AD. Just from our TRF Forsale section. Sub/GMT ones are on occasion $200+ and the one for TT Sub 16613 Blue face, has gone $300+

Well prices do rise every year. Have a look at your grocery, utility, gas prices. I bet that they have gone up more then an insert.
