Help! No serial between lugs...

I finally got the bracelet off...I'm terrified its fake now. there is no serial number between the 6 o'clock lugs, all it says is "stainless steal" and between the 12 o'clock lugs it says "orig rolex design" and under it says "216570". The engraving isn't super deep which I've read is a sign of counterfeiting. the bracelet has a # that matches the number on the card. Does this mean it is 100% fake no doubt? I'm attaching images of both lug sides, but the engraving is hard to see, camera doesn't even capture it...

I brought it to a watch guy who said it was real when I bought it a couple months ago. I considered him a expert opinion. I mean, he's Swiss, and has been working on watches for 50+ years, been in business in my town for over 30. He works on Patek, Rolex etc. please tell me I didn't get edited...please please please tell me. I bought it from a jeweler on ebay...

The cyclops eye magnifies, the weight is right, the sweep hand is smooth, rolex is engraved all along the inside of the bevel. i hold it to my ear and it ticks. keeps excellent time. no serial number between the lugs though!!!!!!!!!!! Let me know if you need pictures of anything specifically, I'll dig up my good camera.

Padi edit

I will say this once and once only there is no need for bad language on forum you will not be warned again and serials now are on the inner rehauet and have been now for several years. And a simple search on forum or a google search would have given you that information and saved you from removing the bracelet

I'm reading online that some new models have the serial numbers inside the bezels? Is that the case for 216570?

Can you see a serial number on the inside of the bezel, between the dial and the crystal, near the 6 o'clock marker?

No worries. Latest ones with the 'rolexrolexrolex' engraving on the rehaut
should have the serial number there at 6-oclock by the dial instead of between
lugs.

Unless of course it really says 'stainless steal', with an 'a' ;);)

Engraving isn't terribly deep but it is very clean; the letters are lined up
correctly and the engraving is very crisp.

Also, warranty card will have the bracelet model number on it as well
as the serial number.

How about the laser etched crown on the sapphire at 6pm. Look closely at an angle in, it's tough to spot.

heyyyy what do you know...thank you much!!!! It's there and matches the card! I'm gonna bring it to the guy to get the bracelet put back on, took me 3 days to get it off, I'm thinking at least 5 to put it on again...I tried a few times, but I'mma end up scratching the lugs with my paper clip. I'm a complete noob with a fascination for watches, thank you for the help!

As has been said the watch looks ok.

For long term happy membership you will need to watch your language though.

Apology accepted and take a tip always research any product before you buy especially high priced ones saves a lot of hassle and always buy from a reliable source.

If you had done your homework by searching the forum and/or Google you would have saved yourself a lot of unnecessary panic.

I think I'm going to have to agree after a close examination

You should get acquainted with your watch OP and give her a good look over!

I'm not too bright, is all. I looked up on google for 216570 serial number location...nothing came up, but in between lugs. So naturally, I freaked out. Then I found a thread saying "inside bezel", I literally thought it was under the bezel from that description. Have you seen the scene in Zoolander, where they break the computer open to get the files inside? "The files are IN the computer" I said to myself, "How do I remove the bezel?!"

Anyways...I don't plan on getting smart anytime soon; bare with me!

Yes, thank you. Everything I read said apply pressure to the bracelet where it connects to the lugs. While I was applying pressure, after I popped one side, I wouldn't keep the pressure on it and it would pop back in. Finally figured out that I needed to keep the pressure on til I popped the other side. I was under the impression that once the spring bar was out of the lug hole, it would rest on the lug. Look at me using all these watch words!
