Superior Service in DAL or NY Service Center?

Greetings - just trying to figure out if one offers superior service over the other. Many thanks.

I don't love NYC. They are quick to blame the customer for issues that void the warranty.

Experience was pleasant at Dallas. Happened to be in town and dropped off in person. Seems like the building was much larger than necessary. Got the watch back like new, not over polished.

I'd choose Dallas.

Well , from reading avidly posts here about this over many years I would say Dallas seems to generate the most positive feedback. I will not be sending mine to NYC for sure.

Thanks all. Just the information I needed - particularly with respect to over polishing.

Research San Francisco Service Center. Cannot go wrong. Professional and exceptional work/service.
