Converting 16613 TT Sub Bluedial into a Serti Dial

Good morning fine people

I had a few questions:

If I convert my 16613 TT sub into a SERTI dial, then:

1. Will I get my original dial and parts back?
2. Will it reduce the resale value of the 16613? In other words, is
a standard 16613 more in demand than a SERTI dial one?
3. What would this conversion from blue dial to SERTI cost?

Thank you

It is best to buy an oem serti dial and going to a trusted watchmaker for a swap. That way you can keep the original dial when you want to change it back. I've seen some on the classifieds. Swapping dials will not affect the resale value as long as it is OEM. In fact, it may give it more value since the serti dials have been discontinued.

Here is mine to give you an idea but I bought mine new this way,

I've seen them anywhere from $1500-$2000. Labor will depend on the watchmaker.

1. Maybe. You will have to do this outside the Rolex system

2. Absolutely, the Serti dial is not a popular option

A new dial will cost 2k or more. I suggest sell or trade your watch and get a serti. might save a little and it's original coz on the rolex papers will indicate the serti code or model. Original serti with papers gold thru bracelet are running 7k up.
