Wow! Huge congrats and in all honesty, Ken you cannot go wrong with either choice.

Your choice in the dial combination for the YG DD 40 was spot on. The best one hat that is currently available. And your new YG Sub pairs perfectly with the DD 40. Love that sunburst blue dial.

Also, I can totally understand the thought of picking up two DD 40's in different PM'S.

Congrats again on picking up two magnificent and beautiful timepieces.

Thanks Eric! Didn't plan on this one but when I saw it yesterday when getting DD knew I had to come back today and get it.

Love these new motif dials - my favorite Rolex dials in a long time. One has to see in person to truly appreciate them.

This one also caught my eye thanks to Neil's constant pics had to try it on...Just a thought.

So between this and RG DD40 to go with my new YG DD40....Decisions.
Congrats my friend! Another excellent addition to the collection!

Enjoy !

The chocolate one looks stunning. I have yet to see one in person but just from pics.. Can someone give me some money please? I'll give it back next week.

I love my new dd40 but recently i shook my watch and could hear the rotor. Its keeping time great over the 2 weeks ive had it but hearing the rotor is concerning me. Is it because they switched to ball bearings from the jeweled sleeve?

Ken, that surely does look great on you but then I would say that! Congrats again on that and your lovely DD40, and can't begrudge you going for the choco and RG, that's my other fav colour combo!

Thanks Neil! Your pics always got the best of me

I actually went for the YG Silver dial but was tempted to also add the RG chocolate as a second DD 40. After seeing the 116618 I had to add the though instead of the RG DD40. So for me 2 YG Rolex for the win.

Yeah, I think that silver dial looks awesome but was thinking you might end up picking up all 3!

I am seriously contemplating it my friend. Will go to DD 40 event next month and look at other dials first but so perhaps will end up a with RG one in due time.

Ken this 116618 looks stunning on you! Dare I say looks sharper than the DD40YG! Congrats on both your new additions!

I like the new 116618 dial but I still prefer the smurfy blue to match my rubber b.. More casual IMHO..

Here is some pics of me trying out the new DD models at the AD. True Grail watches for me as a Day-date addict:
White gold:

Everose:

And my favorite in yellow:

Here together with my yellow gold YM, notice how the DD gold color is less yellow and more rose/red...a warmer gold color you can say:
