is there a strap to match the dial, that might be nice and make it a little more comfy
$40k of that watch price is in the bracelet... No way I'd put it on strap.

No way I'm putting that on a strap! The bracelet is what makes it awesome!

Only $40k? Would have thought much more. Pretty awesome if they made one for the 44mm.

Thanks everyone; yes it does also come with the grey with a tinge of brown strap that matches the dial but not put it on the watch yet.

Yeah right! Considering our tang is $7500, it may be more... That's Just a ball park going by the 42mm RG on strap and then bracelet.

$80k of that is for a metal that most people will think is steel, putting it on a leather strap like you don't care about the 40k bracelet is actually quite cool.

Should we start a thread about guessing the brand and which complications it will have? I know the brand and 2 of the complications, by logical deduction, so won't play, but would be fun...

If i was guessing and if it isn't AP I would say GF or maybe RM since we know PP is out.

Outside chance for MB&F or maybe Urwerk if i was picking a total wild card. However i am not sure if Roger likes those brands or not. I love MB&F myself.

I was also thinking maybe RM, however he did recently have lunch/dinner with Francois. Let's be honest though, within 2 years Roger will have unique platinum grand complication pieces from all the top brands so if we guess wrong now it's only a matter of time.

It's AP (based upon rekindled love for the brand).

We'll see....

well he did say that if he got a grand comp that the frequency of incomings would be going down. Its been less than two weeks since the Pt 42 so I'm betting not grand comp just yet

Too close to SIHH IMO to get another AP. Im pretty sure he knows what is in the pipeline for next year as well.

Based on a thread Roger made and logical deduction, and a few other things. What is sure is that it will be a hell of a unique made to order piece, and maybe not grand comp level AP style, which means minute repeater, chrono double split, PC, moon phase and God knows what else, but a few awesome comps will be in it.

Roger doesn't care about chump change RM's like mine. It's Tourb or nothing for him RM wise.

Now if he stepped into a 056 that would be incredible.

However, still think it's a custom 1/1 AP. My guess.

The dials on both these look other worldly! In particular on the brick, appears to have a resolution on the dial that looks 10's of years ahead of its time! Love them both congrats!
