Icon2 GS vs ALS

Interesting to see Watchfinder recently putting GS up against Rolex and now ALS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEgtjXDkbBE

My ALS is the most perfectly built thing I've ever held. Even under 10x loupe the watch only gets better. I'm definitely interested in the GS pano.

I love both brands. Yes interesting to compare but not inappropriate. GS can almost be compared to any high end brand imho. Datograph on another level though !!!

A lot of brands really give you some bang for your buck, GS being one of them. Rolex seems to be taking the leap to a more expensive niveau, making the bang a lot less. Really used to be great for that though, like Omega.

I am a fan of watchfinder vids, however, lately feeling a bit of coherence is lacking. Don't get me wrong he did compare a couple dials. Just some of us are looking for more of an analysis, comparison of various dials, etc etc.

Interesting. At their respective “weight-class” / price points, both are incredible value (especially pre-owned for ALS).

Would love to see GO vs GS match! That would be interesting.
