404: Initially I wasn’t really “feeling” the taper on the bracelet. But now I’m okay with it. The taper makes sense, it’s elegant and makes the watch well balanced.

Yeah I know what you mean, at first I thought it seemed a little dainty and a bit feminine...

But the whole watch has grown on me and I love it!

To unconvinced to in love in a few hours is crazy actually.

Wonderful watch. I absolutely love the Explorer I and think it looks so clean and classic! Wear it in good health.

Have you begun tracking your watch's accuracy? Mine is holding at +0.28 seconds per day...it's amazingly steady.

I have, mine is not quite as good but still great. Since I bought it, it is averaging at +1.15s a day. I'm going to leave it crown side up tonight and see if I can lose a second or two, that way I know every few days to put it crown side up to self regulate it to nearer perfection!

But sounds like you got a unicorn version Thines! Congrats man! :)

404, have you considered engraving yours? I’m seriously thinking about laser engraving mines.

No because it would make it harder to sell, if I ever fell on times where I had to. Or lets say I wish to fund a new purchase down the line. I can't see that happening in either circumstances... but you never know what the future entails.
