Welcome to TRF. Well, for that length of time, I personally would prefer the lightest of all those models and I think the older GMT-II @ just 127 grams (with all original Oyster links) would win hands down!! JJ

I agree. Although it is a big watch it is not heavy but you just know it's quite a solid piece when you're wearing it. "No bout adout it".

My Daytona 116520 is extremely comfortable, it also slides nicely under my shirt cuffs. I recommend it highly.

Most comfortable is to wear no watch at all, some people can live with that....
No, seriously, I am very happy with the new 116610 Sub. Tom |

Of all my sport Rolexes, I'd say the 14060 is the most comfortable. It has a slightly smaller profile than the sub date. For true comfort, add a nylon strap...
EDIT, actually my DJ is my most comfortable, but it wasnt in your original list... |

JJ you are right. I have an automatic Longines Hydro-Conquest and after a few hours you can feel the weight, and its a bit bigger than the Pepsi too. The GMT Pepsi you wouldn't know you had it on.

I think the Explorer II is a very comfortable watch, probably due to the fact it's quite light.
I've got an Air King and that's so light it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a watch. Darwen. |

my lightest Rolex is a Sub LV with 2 links removed (i think) - it is the most comfy Rolex to wear all day imo.

I would say my most comfortable to wear would be my YachtMaster as it seems to
stay in place, fit under my shirt and look great doing so!

Out of the models you describe, it would be the GMT II. I do not have a GMT II C (yet !) to compare. I do have a Sub and ND Sub and find that the crown can sometimes protrude
and "stick" the top of your hand. The GMT II has a very small crown, so this is not a problem. Out of all my Rolexes, the most comfortable would be the Explorer 1.

height and diameter are the two most important things to consider with comfort. weight is important but i believe the watches dimension dictate HOW comfortable it can be...

Between the GMT II and the SubC the GMT II wins in comfort as it is lighter and has a smaller wrist presence (hollow links, smaller crown, smaller case etc)

I have both the new Sub and the GMT II so I can comment that I enjoy them both equally well. I do also have their older smaller profile models, which since the new ones came out , I do not wear at all. So, I guess that I can honestly say that the newer, larger cases are not a discomfort at all.

IMO - I would say the Sub ND. But even with the 116610s and 116710s, they are almost just as comfortable as the Sub ND. Can't go wrong with any really.

In my opinion, I would say that the smaller, smoother watches are more comfy (Explorer, Daytona, etc.) where the larger, bulky watches are not so comfy (GMT, Sub, etc.).
Also, I have found that the new bracelets are more comfy than the straps, and the straps are more comfy than the old bracelets.
