My first Tudor (mid-size Sub w/SS bezel insert)

Like many watch enthusiasts, my fondness for Tudor has grown much in the past couple years. (Go through TRF posts from 2009 and the consensus was generally "Tudor? Meh" and now the consensus is more like "Tudor? Yeah they're great watches, bro!")

I already had a SS Sub (40mm) and an Air King (34mm) and I kind of wanted something in the 36mm range. I really liked the SS-tone bezel inserts on the mid-size Tudors, so I couldn't resist sniping this 75190. Funny that if the case were 3mm larger (79190) I probably would've had to pay 3x the price!

I'm starting to appreciate the size/color/style variations that Tudor offered that Rolex never did. Anyway, the most impressive thing about the watch to me, by far, is the dial. The copper dial just absolutely sings in the light. It reflects a lot of light yet the hands remain sufficiently legible. Could definitely see myself getting another Tudor down the road...

Hi Rob, very beautiful watch. I've been looking for the same exact bezel for this watch but I cannot find it anywhere. Would you happen to know the size it is? Any help would be much appreciated :-) Thank You

Thanks! My RSC paperwork refers to the watch as a 35mm model. There are also some 40mm Tudor subs with the SS bezel insert as well though; I think those are relatively rare.
