Urwerk Owners

Any Urwerk owners or fans want to share some photos and experiences?
I was lucky enough to see these yesterday, but sadly not an owner just yet.

I have the full metal jacket
It’s well made, unique and under the radar
I dig it

I got this a few months ago and absolutely love it. I’ve never seen one in person until this came in and would 100% add another to my collection.

This is an awesome piece. I tried it on at Geneva Watch Days last summer. It is the one I would/will get... My only complaint on these, and the only reason I've been held back from buying one, is the water resistance rating. I'd like to feel comfortable swimming with it, especially since it is a great summer-looking piece.

I’m planning to get a black 102 Reloaded, but apparently it’s PVD and not DLC coated? Have you had issues with scratches?

That’s a great watch. I really want an Urwerk but I feel like they are a tad overpriced so I understand you choosing that instead. Please post photos and review when you get the Tarantula.

Wearing this one this week. Have owned it since it’s launch (so several years). It’s a regularly worn watch for me. Definitely remains under the radar, which is more relevant in the last few years.

Will do. Urwerks are most definitely high priced. Originally wanted the Gorilla Outlaw Drift (stupid name but its founder worked for AP for 20 years and the movement is by Vaucher who do movements for Richard Mille) but I didnt want to preorder and got tired of waiting for them to be in stock. When I saw Atowak is coming out with the Tarantula I jumped on it as its 1/3rd the price of the Gorilla

Cheers.

I feel like this 105-CT and the new 120 are the most wearable in the Urwerk line-up for the average wrist. I find the 100 a little less wearable, clunky even on my smaller wrist.

Thanks!

How about a personalized and signed sketch of the watch, too, as a great customer experience?

Yes, never even considered it. My mind has chosen to put the 102 off to the the side, it’s not what I think of when I think of Urwerk.

I love the UR100. My only gripe is the water resistance. If they made it with 100m, I’d elevate it to grail status.

I am biased as I am waiting for one… I feel it represents the essence or the brand… everything else up to this point was a path to it…. Kinda reminds me of U curve of Rolex collecting…
