Suspicious GMT?

An online acquaintance of mine sent me a pic of this GMT he is thinking about purchasing and I'm somewhat conflicted as to the authenticity of it. What throws me off are the hands and the crown specifically, but I'm sure there are other things I might be missing.

Not real... sorry... you're right on about the crown and those endlinks are definitely not genuine.

Is it suppose to be a 16710? If so the dials, lugs, crown, crown guards, endlinks, hands, etc. are all off.

Looks like a cross between a 5 digit and a 6 digit.
