Just some pic's to compare

I guess it may help you out

As I said, it's aesthetics and preference matter - there's no comparison on horological one.

The cousin 448

And 15400

I hope it helped a little

best

a quick question. did you consider buying black or blue dial 15400 before you pulled the trigger on white dial?

pictures say for themselves..
no offense to the PAM, i personally like the california dial very much but RO is just much more elegant, refine and balance
white would be the most "gentleman" of the three while black being the most sporty and blue being the most unique..

In a heartbeat! Not a fan of the 449 and the versatility of the 15400 is tough to beat!

Hi,

I have too many black faced watches, being a Panerai fan. So black was excluded to me since beginning.

I do believe you should try the three version before buying any of them, bc this is quite a personal experience.

The white face is well spread and popular now, the blue face is more limited bc only boutique issues, as rumor has it.

one thing for sure, I think you'll not regret

best of luck

If straight up for the Blue one I would do it. Not for the White or Black dials though.

well, sure, since the the MSRP of the 15400 is, what, almost double the 448? though post-discount for the 15400, the difference is quite a bit tighter, plus the 448 probably gets a bump for its SE status (harder to source).
