I don't. Let's consider something.
If you service a watch every 7 years and you wear that watch every day for 7 years, that's a total of: 365.24 days a year for 2556.7 total days. If you have 2 watches. Wear each one equally, then you split the difference. Each watch gets worn a grand total of 3.5 years in the original 7 year period meaning you could extend the service interval to 14 years not taking into account oil getting old etc. I think it'd be safe to assume that if you wear multiple watches, a 10 year service interval is doable as you technically would have worn the watch for 1/2 that amount of time. you've worn it just enough to keep the lubrication going but not abused it so it wears out quickly.
