Carmel by the Sea is one of my favorite places. Fourtane is obviously a must visit and there are so many great restaurants. Also recommend 17 Mile Drive if you have time.

A great place. Carmel is wonderful. We wanted to retire there but could not find a house within our budget. So we ended up in budget-friendly La Jolla.

A beautiful place!
I was there in 86 and 15! I met Clint Eastwood in 86 at the townhall. Yes, he called me Dirty Harry |

Fourtane is a wonderful place, as is Carmel. Did they still have that "ghost sub"?

Some great vintage pieces for sure...never seen a rolex ring watch/clock heh. They had a couple older subs with ghost inserts and some I've never seen around for sale..too bad they sold that unpolished 1665 as I'm in the market. Great guys to chat with and I tried on some modern pieces I'm buying next. Was beautiful in the morning after the storm I drove through the night before.

Tried this on there 3-4 years ago, it was a pleasure to handle. Like you mentioned, they have very good staff that are fun to chat with.

Love Carmel. My old band practiced at a house in the Highlands. Honeymooned there as well. The wife and I are going back in a year and a half for our 20th anniversary.
