Vinyage Rolex circa 1928 help

Hi guys I have been offered this vintage Rolex circa 1928. How original is it? Dial looks redone and movement looks off but I could be wrong.

Case looks original, everything else is not. Obvious redial.

Everything, except possibly the hands, look original to me.
Condition looks poor, and the very old models such as this, do not resale well.
Case has rot, nickel plating is washed off on movement.
I am not sure how they even did that.
Dial appears porcelain, so highly unlikely that it is a redial.
Cannot make.out what is on the center of the dial, possibly a contract watch with someone's name on it?

The only reason I question the hands, is because I cannot find similar hands on a Rolex in my reference books.
But it certainly is possible that other hands were available during this period.

I have a lot of experience with this watches, the case is made of chromed brass, once the chrome washes off, the brass part starts to rust.
If possible I would like to see a picture of the inside of the case back side to see the marks, also a good picture of the dial without the crystal would help be nice.
