Rolex 925
Hey Yall, this is my first time posting so sorry if I didnt post this in the right place. I recently bought a Rolex 925 on ebay that claims to be from 1926. I have no idea about this watch and if it is real, I really loved the dial and bought it on an impulse. Can any of you out there help inform me about this watch/verify its real. Thanks!

925 is not the model number but rather means the case is sterling.
Can we see the inside of the case back please. Movement is a Rebberg contracted by Rolex. I would say the balance cock or bridge has been replaced as it has scrolling more typical of a different issue of Rebberg. Likely 10.5 size. If it's running...it is a near mircacle. Dial is refinished. Nicely done. 1926 would be an appropriate year but you might look for the silver hallmark for clarity. Serial number if any will be of no help as it is not an oyster case. |
